Protection is available to those who resided in Ukraine before 24.02.2022 and arrived in Luxembourg after that date (or shortly before). Bring all identity documents (even expired) and children’s documents. The application is filed IN PERSON at the Guichet unique Ukraine (Thursdays only, 8:00–11:30) — book ahead via MyGuichet.lu. For the first days you can stay at the Kirchberg first-reception centre (24/7). A paper attestation (valid 2 months) is issued first, followed by the biometric card.
