The service is provided by Ярослав Мурай Васильович, Черкаси, Україна — a private individual, not a company. Contact via the form on our Contact page or the Telegram bot @vartahelp_bot.

Payments are processed by Ko-fi. Varta never sees or stores your card details.

Guides for 45 countries, the comparison, the 90/180 calculator and the quiz are free and stay free. The paid "Varta" subscription adds: monitoring of the official sources for your countries, alerts about rule changes, and personal reminders about your own deadlines.

Access is personal. Sharing it with third parties is not allowed.

The trial lasts 7 days from registration, no card needed. When it ends, notifications stop and nothing is charged: to continue, you pay yourself.

The monthly subscription renews each month on Ko-fi until you cancel it. The annual plan is a single yearly purchase: it does NOT renew automatically, and access simply stops when the year ends.

Within 14 days of payment you may withdraw and get your money back in full, without giving a reason. Just write to us through the form. We do not ask why and we do not keep a share for the days already used.

After 14 days we do not refund the current paid period, but you can cancel the renewal at any time and there will be no further charge.

If the service did not work as promised, write to us even after 14 days. We will sort it out separately.

Cancel the monthly subscription in the Ko-fi account you paid from. If you cannot find where, write to us and we will cancel it on our side. The annual plan needs no cancellation: it does not renew anyway.

We check information against official sources daily and show you when the check happened. But we are not a government body and not lawyers: the guides are not legal advice, and the final decision always rests with the authority in your country.

What we store and how to delete it is on the privacy policy. You can delete your account and export your data in settings, or on request through the form.
