From September 2026 — Transition Scheme: switch from TP to Stamp 4 (2 years, counts towards naturalisation). Conditions: ≥1 year on TP, 6 months of employment, income ≥€29,432. ARP drops to €400 from October 2026. Visa-free entry for Ukrainian citizens. Protection is registered via IPAS (Citywest centre in Dublin), not at the airport. Since March 2024 new arrivals have restricted access to state accommodation and supports. Bring passport, children’s certificates, proof of residence before 24.02.2022.
