Deadlines for Ukrainians abroad
The status date is only one deadline, and usually not the nearest. Passport, insurance, tax return, pension identification, benefit applications — each has its own date, scattered across the year, and each missed one costs money or a document.

04/03/2027161 days leftResidence status · BelgiumThe temporary protection status itself is extended automatically until 4 March 2028, but your A card is not: from 4 January 2027 you must go in person to your commune (gemeente/commune) and ask for renewal, and the new A card will be valid until 4 March 2028. The current card expires on 4 March 2027, so do not leave it to the last day.

04/03/2027161 days leftResidence status · EstoniaEstonia does not extend the status automatically — you must file an extension application in the PPA self-service portal asylum.politsei.ee, which can be done three months before the expiry date printed on your card (current permits run to March 2027, so the window opens around 4 December 2026; PPA asks you to file at least two months before expiry).

Shared deadlines are half the story. The other half is written in your own documents: when the passport, insurance, permit or lease expires. Add them to the tracker and reminders arrive in Telegram 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before — not when it is already too late.
