New I-134A submissions are paused. Having a sponsor does not itself authorize entry. Before planning U4U travel, check the official USCIS notice: https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/update-on-form-i-134a The USCIS/E-Verify notice of 3 September 2026 gives 19 October 2026 as the end of Ukraine’s TPS designation. Check for later decisions. This is not a common expiry date for all parole or EAD documents. For qualifying TPS cards in categories A12/C19, the notice describes proof using the card together with the USCIS extension notice.
