Argentina is one of the most accessible countries for Ukrainians: visa-free entry up to 90 days, and Disposición 417/2022 (no end date; as of 16.08.2026 no official revocation found) provides 3-year humanitarian residence for Ukrainians and their family members of any nationality, with consular and migration fees waived. Two routes: a humanitarian visa at an Argentine consulate abroad, or (most common) visa-free entry and an in-country residence application via the DNM. The DNM assesses documentation gaps (no apostille, expired certificates) with flexibility — the Disposición explicitly acknowledges Ukrainians’ documentation difficulties.
