What happens after you press the button
- 1. Ko-fi opens — the service we take payments through. The page is in English, that is normal.
- 2. Pay with the SAME email address your Varta account is registered with.
- 3. Access switches on automatically, usually within 1–5 minutes. Confirmation arrives in Telegram and the state is visible in Settings.
If you paid from a different email or access has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact us and we will enable it manually.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. In Ko-fi, open Account & Billing → Subscriptions, select your membership and choose Don’t Renew. The link is in Varta settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I try it for free?
You get 7 days of access after registration, without a card or automatic charges. Confirm your email to connect Telegram.
How do reminders arrive?
Personal deadline reminders arrive in Telegram after connecting the bot, and in your dashboard. Default intervals are 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before; you can change them for your deadline.
Can I watch several countries?
Yes, the plan includes up to 2 active countries. Country replacements have a 30-day restriction; the dashboard explains the conditions.
What happens after the trial?
Notifications pause and free guides remain available. Nothing is charged without your payment.
Does Varta guarantee status approval?
No. Varta provides information and reminders; the relevant government authority decides on your status.
Where do changes come from and how fast will I know?
From official portals and UNHCR. News is sent after editorial review according to your selected notification frequency.
What does watching the rules mean?
The system regularly compares official pages. An editor reviews changes and prepares an explanation. Source-reading dates and manual text-review dates are shown separately.
What if I miss a notification?
Further reminders follow your configured intervals. You can review message history in your dashboard.
